Sustainable change happens when policy, data, and people align to deliver quality services at scale.I am a public health professional with 16+ years of experience in health systems strengthening, diagnostic systems, laboratory quality assurance, and large-scale public health program management. My work focuses on translating policy into practice—supporting governments and development partners to design, implement, and scale sustainable health programs that improve quality of care and health outcomes.My approach combines systems thinking, strategic program management, and collaborative leadership to ensure that public health interventions translate into real and lasting impact.Currently serving as Senior Manager – Diagnostic Systems Strengthening at FIND, I collaborate with state governments and partners to strengthen public health laboratory systems.Worked with WISH foundation, where responsible for end-to-end state operations; Ensured evidence-based work in comprehensive primary health care (CPHC) service delivery, digital health, identifying best practices and supporting the dissemination of new knowledge, technical strategies.Worked for almost 3 years within the Strategy and Transaction team of EY (Ernst & Young) a leading global professional service organization. As Project Manager (Job Title: AVP), my responsibilities include post-contract monitoring and reconciliation support for outsourced large health projects under Public-Private Partnership Prior to joining EY, I spent nearly 5 years with Marie Stopes International as Asia Regional Technical Assistance Coordinator for 16 LMIC program and was later appointed as Capacity development advisor for Asia and Africa region comprising 37 Country Programs.I served at NHSRC, MoHFW, Govt of India and contributed to decentralized planning for health systems strengthening. I also, worked for projects of DFID, Credibility Alliance, and Harvard School of Public Health. I\'m a recipient of USAID’s MEASURE Evaluation Fellow. I have been awarded distinguished alumni award by Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai.I welcome connections with public health professionals, policymakers, global health organizations, donors, and innovators working on health systems strengthening, diagnostics, global health security, and universal health coverage.
