ABOUT MUNA ABDI

Helping leaders, educators, and organisations transform learning through strategy, inclusion, and innovation. As the CEO of MA Consultancy Ltd, my focus is on fostering equitable and inclusive practices through training, coaching, and consultancy. My role emphasizes strategic leadership, notably in the realms of education, business, and non-profit sectors, and leverages my expertise in restorative practices to bring about institutional change. The experiences at MA Consultancy Ltd have honed my ability to create programs that resonate with a diverse global clientele, ensuring that the structures we develop are not only inclusive but also sustainable. I am also a published author and researcher having contributed to literature on the topics of race/racism, decolonisation and African Diasporic studies as well as on the ethical and methodological dilemmas in decolonising research. With a tenure at the School of New Africa\'s Advisory Board, my mission has been to bridge community voices with actionable insights, guiding educational reforms that reflect our shared values of diversity and equity. This commitment is further manifested in my advocacy for racial equity, which is central to the strategic initiatives I spearhead. The breadth of my work, underscored by my dedication to activism and strategic leadership, has been instrumental in shaping more just and equitable organizations.
