I help organisations deliver Lean Innovation with a special framework that I’ve developed over the past 13 years. In case you’re wondering what Lean innovation is, “New Product Development Heaven” is probably a good definition (from one of my clients). Here’s a typical scenario:Your organisation keeps delivering more of the same. Customers/clients want something better and different, and of course, competitors are busy. 🤐You know the solution is to adapt and innovate, but it’s easier said than done (I learnt that during my crazy PhD in Lean Innovation).So you decide to innovate and develop some fantastic new ideas/products. But you quickly realise Innovation is expensive and things don\'t quite go to plan. THERE’S LOTS OF WASTE: Projects fail, profits and budgets are consumed by unexpected costs, quality problems spring up everywhere and people complain.MORE WASTE: You try corporate events, yelling, new initiatives, transformations, re-orgs, new apps, but you end up with more of the same.I’ve heard variations of this story so many times. What makes it worse is that people suffer, and it can be damaging to your health, relationships, and reputation.The good news is that it doesn’t have to be that way. It\'s actually possible to lead your co./org. to a much brighter future. Lean Innovation is the key. I’ve helped leaders and orgs across the world do this, including at Rolls-Royce, Airbus, Caterpillar and Thales. It’s more than possible. I\'m passionate about Lean Innovation, Project Management, Mentoring, AI, and delivering innovative projects.
