ABOUT MICHAEL DORSEY
Talent development executive with over 25 years of diverse experience as a leader in organizational development, executive coaching, public speaking and entrepreneurship. I have gained a lot of insight into key issues facing leaders and teams. My experience crosses multiple industries and disciplines which include academia, non-profit, retail, government and corporate. I currently oversee the training/learning operation for the 4th largest state agency within Maryland with an emphasis on adult learning. Manage multi-agency projects to ensure implementation of statewide initiatives. Oversee the training support for human services departments that provide services to adults, children and families. These services include food, shelter and medical benefits, child and adult protective services, and child support administration. Work with various government executives and elected officials on strategic planning and forecasting. Manage multiple business lines, monitoring daily operations, consulting, training, curriculum development and budgetary oversight within Human Services and statewide programs.
