ABOUT MICHELE BRUCK

Dr. Michele Bruck is a seasoned organizational leader with 30 years’ success in high-performing for-/non-profit business, education, & mental healthcare. She\'s repeatedly served at the helm of fast-growing B2B/B2C endeavors, acting as senior executive/officer, org. strategist and ambassador, central architect of new offerings, SME, and change agent with turnaround impact on quality, efficiency, growth, & bottom line. Most recently, Dr. Bruck served as Chief Strategy Officer/Co-Owner of BAI Security, a leading IT security firm specializing in sectors at highest risk for cybercrime. BAI Security earned such distinctions as Most Influential Leaders in Security, Innovation Excellence Award, Most Trusted Cybersecurity Solution Providers, and more. As CSO, Dr. Bruck led expansion strategy, culture and infrastructure architecture, talent development, marketing & outreach, and data-driven continuous improvement. Having successfully sold BAI Security to Cyber Advisors in 2024 Dr. Bruck most recently served as Strategic Advisor to the new parent company.As Chief Academic Officer for a national education provider, Dr. Bruck helped spur 75% YOY growth with 95% client retention, earning distinctions as 6X Inc. 2X Crain\'s Fast 50, and Top 20 U.S. Ed. Co. She developed & scaled 10+ new PreK-12 student service lines as well as tech-enabled teacher training that earned 5 years of 97%+ employee/teacher ratings. Bruck was elected to the National AfterSchool Association Board of Directors and appointed to the American Montessori Society Peace & Social Justice Committee, as well as multiple U.S. gov\'t advisories on learning, employee training, technology, and credentialing.Dr. Bruck holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, where she earned a Dissertation of the Year nomination for her national study on teacher retention. She also holds Master\'s and Specialist\'s Degrees in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelor\'s in Music Education. In addition to executive roles, she\'s a veteran university professor, mental health clinician, published author and researcher, school leader, and speaker on leadership, psychology, education, and performance. Honors include recognition by one of the U.S.’s largest corporations for growth, financial management, and inspiring leadership. Dr. Bruck is a passionate LGBTQ+ ally and currently works with PFLAG National facilitating support groups for loved ones of the LGBTQ+ community.
