Trustpilot is a leading online reviews platform, free and open to all. Our mission is to be a universal symbol of trust. We are well on our way — but there’s still an exciting journey ahead of us. I lead Trustpilot\'s product design and research function to help the organisation remain a leader in the reviews space for both businesses and consumers. I drive product design, design systems, user research, and UX writing with the goal of delivering business goals through design. I report to the Chief Product Officer, and manage a distributed team in London, Edinburgh and Copenhagen.
