After managing the Sartorius BioAnalytics FAS team across North Europe for 4 years I have been promoted into an EMEA wide managerial role for the Incucyte and CellCelector platforms, bringing increased responsibility in terms of revenue targets and team size. This promotion is due to a change in FAS team structure in EMEA, a project in which I was heavily involved. Many of my tasks from my previous managerial role continue, along with some key additions:• Managing a team of 10 FAS across Europe.• Devising and implementing a new demo process for the CellCelector in conjunction with Sales and Product Management.• Leading demo scheduling calls with Sales, Service and FAS leadership.• Incorporating the CellCelector into existing processes within Sartorius BioAnalytics, such as customer enquiry tracking.
