Executive leader with more than two decades of experience overseeing security, operations, and high-visibility environments across government, professional sports, entertainment, and large-scale public venues. I have operated with ownership-level responsibility in 24/7 environments where safety, trust, and execution are non-negotiable.I am a former Police Lieutenant and senior operations leader with command experience at Los Angeles International Airport, one of the most complex security environments in the country. My leadership included oversight of aviation security, emergency operations, crowd management, and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies. I served as Incident Commander for high-risk events and led teams responsible for protecting people, infrastructure, and brand reputation under sustained pressure.In public service, I was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown to serve as a State of California Board Member and later became the first African American Board Chair of the Contractors State License Board. These roles reflect trusted leadership at the highest levels of government, governance, and regulatory oversight.I currently support Basketball Operations for the Los Angeles Sparks, operating within elite professional sports environments governed by league security and operational standards.
