Everything they failed to teach at Medical school\"Being a first generation doctor from a tier 3 town, the entrepreneurial journey was an enriching experience for me.Kauvery hospital was started with 30 beds in now it has grown bedded hospital chain with 7 units in Tier 1,2 and 3 towns across Tamilnadu.During this journey, I realised that learning from others mistakes is far cheaper than learning from our own experience. Hence started Medicall expo, share our experience with fellow Medical entrepreneurs. With an annual visitor turnout of hospital owners, Medicall expo has achieved its goal of knowledge sharing among doctor entrepreneurs.I saw my first computer when we started our hospital in Since then i got hooked to IT especially in healthcare.I feel that the IT adoption in Indian healthcare is in the infancy stage.In the coming years, our focus shall be on AI,BI and emotional connect with end users. Very interesting years ahead!Every new hospital, every new edition of Medicall expo, every new IT initiative. teaches me new lessons and helps me to grow intellectually and emotionally.
