I’m passionate about building ecosystems where women entrepreneurs don’t just survive; but truly thrive.As Founder of WEneurs Forum, Eastern India’s first women-focused incubator and accelerator, I’ve supported 80+ women-led startups and mentored 700+ aspiring girl students, helping bold ideas grow into sustainable businesses.With 15+ years of experience across incubation, policy advocacy, and innovation ecosystem design, I’ve led initiatives with governments, investors, and universities. At Ernst & Young (Startup Odisha Project), I directed state startup policy, investor connect, and capacity-building programs. Earlier, as CEO of Indigram Labs Foundation, I scaled an award-winning incubator recognized as Best Emerging TBI (2019) by the Government of India.My journey has been recognized with the British Chevening Fellowship at Oxford, selection among the 75 Women in STEAM (Govt. of India), and awards such as Odisha’s Woman Leaders (2023) and Women Face of the Year (2023). I’ve represented India at global platforms including the World Incubation Summit (Doha) and Silicon Valley delegations, while publishing insights in Economic Times, Inc42, and Analytics India Magazine.What energizes me most is working with founders who dare to challenge the status quo. My mission: to equip entrepreneurs, particularly women entrepreneurs with the tools, networks, and confidence to build businesses that change lives.
