I am a physician leader who is passionate about technology, business, and healthcare. My career shows steady progression, from a Senior Associate (American College of Physicians), helping physicians adopt EHRs to Senior Medical Director (Aetna), and finally, Senior Vice president (UnitedHealth Group), responsible for team leadership, data management, health systems analytics, and business outcomes. For me a guiding principle is that everyone starts their day at 9 a.m. wanting to do their best; my responsibility is to help them succeed, whether it is my boss, a peer, or a subordinate.
