Grounded in evidence and lived experiences, I am committed to fostering collaborative environments that amplify the voices and needs of women and girls, driving impactful and meaningful social change in organisations and communities. My career has been centred on helping commissioners and organisations design and deliver services that are evidence‑informed, trauma‑aware, and genuinely responsive to complexity.I bring long-standing expertise in developing sustainable, trusting partnerships across local authorities, specialist women’s services, and multi‑agency systems. My work supports commissioners to navigate challenges such as marginalised cohorts, fragmented provision, and cross‑agency accountability: turning research and lived experience into practical, implementable solutions. With a background in creative and reflective methodologies, including storytelling, memory work and co‑production, I help organisations deepen their understanding of women’s experiences and translate this into better commissioning decisions, stronger pathways, and more effective whole‑system approaches. As independent chair of Nottingham City Women’s SMD and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC Equality Advisory Board, I facilitate constructive, reflective spaces that enable partners to generate shared priorities and maintain momentum around ambitious system‑change work.Holding a PhD in Politics (Strategic Theory) and an interdisciplinary social science academic portfolio, I combine rigorous research with a pragmatic, partnership‑driven approach that supports commissioners to build services that are relational, collaborative, and designed for long‑term impact.
