A recipient of the 2018 Charlotte Mecklenburg Times \"50 Most Influential Women Award\"; recognized as one of the “Most Successful Businesswomen in Detroit”; and in 2013, named by Black Enterprise Magazine as a \"Top Executive in Diversity\". She has a strategic perspective and knowledge of industrial manufacturing industries, multi-million dollar big-box retail, hospitality organizations, green energy, and licensure/gaming management. Lisa is respected as a credible voice in decision-making, finding strategic business and investment partners while establishing governance boundaries. Lisa is currently an Advisory Board Member for STOPIt, an emerging technology company, specializing in risk mitigation software. Formerly, she was a member of Lowe’s $21M Charitable & Educational Foundation Board of Directors, Lowe\'s Private India Board of Directors (formerly ANSR), and a member of the Stilman College Board of Trustees serving as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating committee. Lisa also served on the White House Congressional Forum Steering Committee on Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) during the George W. Bush Administration.
