This bespoke portfolio post consists of a minority EM consultant component, but the majority of the role is within the WVT Integrated Care Division. From my arrival in WVT in September 2020 until January 2023 I served as the Division\'s Associate Medical Director. With the cleavage of the Division into much smaller components, I am now Clinical Director of Integrated Services: a very welcome change, with far fewer TEAMS meetings and far more hands-on time in the WVT Urgent Community Response services, as well as supporting the development of our team of ACPs to deliver safe, appropriate community-based alternatives to traditional admission in Herefordshire.
