I am a learning and program leader with over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and scaling instructional and organizational systems across K-12 and adult learning environments. I lead complex, multi-district initiatives that turn educational vision into systems, strategy, and measurable results.My work centers on translating complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies that strengthen teaching, learning, and overall system coherence.
