ABOUT KEITH LATSON

I am a board-certified veterinary surgeon who has spent my 20-year clinical career working with the best Triple Crown-level racehorses in the world and even serving as veterinary spokesperson for the American Association of Equine Practitioners and NBC/NBC Sports for events like The Kentucky Derby. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and have taken an active role building brands and businesses during the course of my veterinary career. Leveraging decades of veterinary experience and as Co-Founder of Animal Stewards International, its flagship brand, FullBucket Health, and as a partner in ZQUARED, I help elevate animal health and veterinary brands in the eCommerce space. After 20 years serving as a veterinarian while launching and scaling animal health businesses, it is wildly apparent that something needed to change to make the industry, our veterinary profession and the amazing people who serve our animals more sustainable. My fellow veterinarians and I set out to build a veterinary clinic centered around one main idea: We want every person involved — every vet, every tech, every team member and every client to feel recognized, respected and appreciated for their pet-loving perfection.
