ABOUT KIM P.
Hello, Thanks for visiting my profile! To describe myself, I would say that I am a:Medical DirectorMedical EducatorPathology Resident Marketing Student and Multiply neurodivergent! As a practicing doctor, I am committed to continuous learning and improvement. One area that particularly interests me is the application of data science in project leadership and management for quality improvement. To further my skills in this area, I trained at HyperionDev, an institution known for its responsible, reflective, and inclusive teaching practices. This training has significantly enhanced my skills in data analysis, visualization, and machine learning, and I am eager to apply these techniques in the medical field. My additional role as a medical educator at the World Academy of Medical Leadership (WAML) allows me to organise and teach medical leadership to resident medical and ED doctors. Using 15 years of worked experience in over 20 medical, surgical and pathology specialties both within the NHS and the private sector has provided me with a proven ability to consistently identify, manage, and, where possible, mitigate the risks associated with the life-altering decisions I have to make.
