ABOUT KENIA HERNANDEZ CUETO
As President & CEO of Friendly Center, I lead with a mission to innovate and address critical community needs in Orange County. With over 2 years at the helm, I have revolutionized service delivery by introducing initiatives like the Drone Boot Camp, bilingual High School Equivalency programs, and two Friendly Marts located in the City of Orange (2024) and in Buena Park (2025), a dignified food distribution model giving families choice and dignity. I work closely with partners, such as CHOC, to enhance access to health resources and empower families through sustainable programs. My leadership is rooted in over seven years of workforce development and program management experience, crafting impactful collaborations with industries, local agencies, and educational institutions. By leveraging expertise in work-based learning and apprenticeship programs, I guide Friendly Center toward long-term success while addressing housing and food insecurity. My commitment to fostering innovation and training in emerging technologies ensures our organization remains a leader in community-centric solutions.
