About Karunamoorthy Neethimani
As the founder of Windplus Pvt Ltd and Director Technical at Kp Group I oversee the entire spectrum of domestic and international onshore / offshore wind power projects, from conception to commissioning, including carbon advisory, EPC, O&M, regulatory and corporate affairs. I have a PhD in Wind Energy from Paramount International University and a Masters in Leadership Science from Mumbai University, which equip me with the technical and managerial skills to lead and execute complex and innovative solutions in the renewable energy sector.With 3 Decades of exclusive experience in onshore wind power technology, I have been involved in multiple successful projects across India and overseas serving as a consultant, director, manager, engineer, and trainer. I am also an active member of various national and international associations, such as IWPA, WWEA, IRENA and SPE where I contribute to the advancement and advocacy of wind energy. Additionally, I am a keynote speaker, an author of the book Mind of Wind, and a passionate philanthropist and societal contributor. My mission is to love, live, and move along with the wind, and to share my knowledge and vision with others who share the same passion.
