Home ownership provides the greatest financial stability and wealth opportunity to an individual and their family. With financial stability, comes the ability to focus on what is more important in life - family, friends and personal health. I am a Real Estate Investment Strategist and Senior Living Expert. I help people understand the benefits of home and investment property ownership. There is so much about real estate that no one teaches us. We all have the dream to own a home. As the largest investment most of us will ever make, why don’t we have more information about how to approach it strategically so that we can leverage it in retirement. Instead most of us approach it emotionally and rush into buying without understanding the market, the home’s potential long term growth, and whether it is really what we need right now. That is exactly what I did with the first home I bought and it didn’t turn out well. Oh hindsight! Well, it was a blessing because now I know what I know and want to share it with you.
