I am a dual healthcare strategist combining my clinical knowledge with consulting experience to solve the greatest strategic problems in healthcare today, so that we can bring the best care and innovation to patients. The strategist: I have led multiple engagements spanning commercial strategy, corporate strategy and transformation, operating model redesign, automation and AI. Most recently I have developed deep experience of how digital transformation can benefit healthcare organisations across a number of use cases.
