ABOUT AMIR KARAM
I’m a passionate expert in facial and skin rejuvenation with nearly 20 years in clinical practice. I’m double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.I graduated from UC San Diego with degrees in Biochemistry/Cell Biology and Biological Anthropology and completed my medical and surgical training at UC Irvine School of Medicine. My work in these institutions fueled my interest in clinical research, leading to numerous peer-reviewed publications, scientific presentations, and the authorship of my textbook, Rejuvenation of the Aging Face.Since 2006, I’ve focused on helping patients look as young as they feel. My practice is renowned worldwide for my unique facial rejuvenation techniques, including the Vertical Restore and Vertical Prevent procedures, along with fat transfer and skin treatments that offer natural, balanced results.To simplify skincare for my patients, I created the KaramMD Trifecta, a 3-step system that fits seamlessly into daily routines, delivering lasting results. Clinically tested and suitable for all skin types, my approach addresses both preventative and restorative facial rejuvenation, blending my expertise in surgery and skincare to guide individuals through this journey.
