I am a transformational leader and educator with 20+ years of experience building high-impact, human-centric systems that bridge the gap between people and performance. My passion is twofold: empowering frontline teams in complex industries, and cultivating the next generation of conscious, capable leaders in the classroom.My approach is rooted in a unique blend of operational rigor (Lean, Systems Thinking, Project Management) and deep expertise in human emergence and coaching informed by these core disciplines: Existential, Adlerian, Humanistic, Developmental Psychology, and Neuroscience.At The University of Olivet\'s College of Business and Leadership, I serve a dual role as both an educator and a governance leader. As Assistant Professor of Business, I design and deliver rigorous curriculum for undergraduate and graduate courses, focusing on the practical applications of leadership, organizational management, and ethical business practices. My teaching philosophy—informed by my doctorate in Transformational Leadership and Coaching, and master\'s in organizational management—is dedicated to creating a classroom environment of psychological safety and high engagement.Concurrently, as an elected Senator, I contribute to the strategic direction of the College, ensuring our curriculum is forward-thinking and actionable, and aligned with the core values of conscious living and social responsibility. I further this mission by advising the student-led KBB Pioneers, providing mentorship that bridges academic theory with tangible leadership skills, and the Phi Beta Lambda business club.This academic leadership is complemented by my direct industry experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors, and my role as CEO of an education nonprofit. I am committed to fostering sustainable ecosystem health and action, values honed through my affiliations with Maharishi International University, Wright Graduate University, Spring Arbor University, and The University of Olivet.
