About Joshua Klapow
I am a clinical psychologist and personal performance coach. I am an adjunct associate professor in the School of Public Health at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I served as the Chief Behavioral Scientist for ChipRewards, a consumer health engagement technology company from 20••••21. I have extensive experience in the design and implementation of strategies to shape behavior at the indivdual and population level. My work in behavioral science ranges from individual intervention, to technology based population solutions, to population health and wellbeing interventions delivered via radio, television and print media. I work extensively with media outlets as a means of disseminating important information regarding the science of behavior change. These efforts are a means of taking functional solutions and broadening their reach. In the end my passion is to help people change. My work regardless of outlet is focused on that goal specifically.
