I am driven by innovations in higher education that remove barriers and bridge the access gap. Fueled by data analytics, I am postured to lead change through education and development of interprofessional healthcare industry teams utilizing evidence-based online/virtual mediums. I have vast experience with online course design, employing reverse engineering strategy, and implementing competency-based approaches within health professions curricula. I connect industry partners to the curriculum development experience to create graduates who are game-changers Day 1. I\'m a dynamic leader with a vision for improving higher education and global workforce teams. I am a culturally competent and inclusive leader who is committed to creating a positive workplace culture, one that fosters engagement and supports the growth of its members. I see the value of difference and work to weave those differences into the working cloth of the college—a strong, resilient, vibrant fabric that offers fulfillment for all. I have three decades of healthcare experience delivering care to diverse athlete-patient populations.
