I have not felt \'good\' for the majority of my life. For as far back as I can remember, I struggled with stomach issues, lack of energy, fatigue, frequent illnesses, and everything in between until I reached my breaking point and couldn\'t take it anymore. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I wanted to wake up feeling ready to attack the day. I wanted to enjoy being around people, and I wanted them to enjoy being around me. I wanted to feel GOOD. So I accepted responsibility for my Health and haven\'t looked back since.\" Dr. Joe believes that \"Health is Self-Serve\", meaning you can have as much (or as little) as you want. He believes that every patient has the power to drastically alter the course of their life by making the decision to \"draw a line in the sand\", and take back their health. He has made it his life goal to not only help people come to this revelation, but take the necessary steps to accomplish their goals. Dr. Joe is originally from Cheyenne, WY and made his way to The University of Sioux Falls where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and was a 4 year member of the National Champion Cougar Football Team. He then received his Doctorate in Chiropractics at Northwestern Health Sciences University where he graduated Cum Laude. He has a passion for nutrition, exercise, and all things athletics. He enjoys hunting, fishing, good food, and spending as much time as possible with his wife, Kelsey, and daughter, Olivia.
