In my classroom, I design and lead learning experiences that actually work for the students I have — not just the ones in the curriculum guide. I’ve built a fully blended, self-paced model that supports students working across a 7-year academic range, using mastery-based learning, UDL, and digital tools to make instruction accessible, rigorous, and engaging.Projects like our Monopoly, Space Academy, and Quest for the Kingdom units bring standards to life through cross-curricular, project-based learning. I also coach and mentor staff, with a focus on equitable grading, backward design, and differentiation.
