I’m an instructional leader, education consultant, and professional development designer with over 17 years of experience working across K–12 schools, districts, and educator preparation programs.As the founder of BrightBridge Learning Lab, I help schools and systems reimagine teaching and learning through strategic consulting, curriculum design, and coaching grounded in evidence-based practices. I’ve built a fully blended, self-paced model that supports students working across a 7-year academic range, using mastery-based learning, UDL, and digital tools to make instruction accessible, rigorous, and engaging.Projects like our Monopoly, Space Academy, and Quest for the Kingdom units bring standards to life through cross-curricular, project-based learning. I also coach and mentor staff, with a focus on equitable grading, backward design, and differentiation.
