I am an experienced clinical psychologist, healthcare consultant, and bioethicist with a decade\'s worth of experience helping patients and professionals navigate the challenges faced from chronic exposure to adversity. I\'m unwavering in my commitment to alleviate human suffering through the provision of compassionate, quality care. My specific expertise in complex clinical decision-making and a willingness to take on the \"tough conversations\" allow me to provide consultation that empowers providers to navigate ethical dilemmas with greater clarity and skill. I\'m an accomplished national speaker on the topics of mental health, provider wellness, moral development, and patient-centered care. I have a heart for data science and a demonstrated commitment to leveraging metrics that promote thoughtful efficiency in our healthcare systems. Every one of my experiences has led to my strong belief in the capacity of the human spirit to overcome. I truly love what I do. Even more importantly, I\'m a wife to my childhood best friend and mom to two incredible boys. I\'m insatiable in my consumption of non-fiction books and feel great pride when my 3-year-old reads an impassioned version of \"Goodnight Moon\" for the 17th time before bed. I\'m a strong advocate for working women and the marginalized in our communities. I\'m critically aware that change begins with ears willing to listen rather than voices determined to speak.
