Manage all Body Worn Camera (BWC) related issues and concerns for the police department. Key Initiatives:• Manage nine crime surveillance analysts; charged with watching stationary train station cameras daily, 24/7, while monitoring the depots for criminal activity.• Provide assistance and technical support to members who have BWCs.• Ensure members with malfunctioning or inoperable BWCs receive a replacement within 2-3 business days of being notified of the malfunction. • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications about changes to surveillance and processes across the organization.• Conduct impact analysis and change management assessment, including change readiness.• Provide input, document requirements, and support the delivery of end user training.• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance.• Conduct periodic reviews of BWC recordings to ensure that members are recording mandatory events.• Handle mobile device configurations for members to assist with meeting best practices for process, policy, and rights to review evidence.• Partner with the Assistant States Attorney’s, State Police, FOIA, Risk Management, Detectives, Medical Examiner\'s Office, and Crime Surveillance Analysts to identify criminal activity captured on video.
