I have also gained substantial experience in people services, spanning recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention. As an advocate for diversity, belonging, inclusion, and equity (DBIE), I have directed the end-to-end implementation of training and development programs for academic and non-academic sectors, helping enhance organizational culture and generate notable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. On the other hand, I have obtained profound expertise in academic teaching and instructional support, diligently serving undergraduate, master\'s, and doctoral students to expand their existing knowledge base and sharpen their skill sets. I have also facilitated hands-on counseling sessions to advise individuals on topics related to personal, academic, and professional growth. In addition to that, I have ideated and launched innovative process improvements to optimize day-to-day performance. With my competitive qualifications, I have developed a long list of accolades, including successful program implementations, noteworthy contributions to committees, and solid community partnerships. I have also participated in several presentations internally and nationally while actively working on publications in peer-reviewed journals.Exhibiting a steadfast passion for propelling organizational growth and instituting an environment that recognizes DEIB, I bring to the table my vast leadership experience to drive meaningful initiatives and diversify communities.
