Created with SCC Master Coaches Dr. Frank Wagner and Chris Coffey, Stakeholder Centered Coaching is designed to take advantage of the positive aspects of successful people\'s beliefs and to overcome the negative aspects that can interfere with further development. The SCC methodology is based on three key underlying principles. First, place the attention and focus on your stakeholders, the people who you are interdependent with and work with every day. Second, emphasize Feedforward by focusing on the future and not feedback. And third, change behavior and perception in parallel.Certified in both the SCC Leader (individual) and SCC Team processes (ICF approved).
