I work at the intersection of operations and systems, helping businesses turn complex processes into disciplined, scalable operations.I spent several years inside high-volume fulfilment environments where performance is measured in seconds and small process issues compound quickly at scale.That experience shaped how I approach operational improvement today.My belief is simple: strong operations are built through disciplined systems, not reactive fixes.Too many businesses chase speed without building the operational stability to support it. Same-day and next-day delivery only work when labour planning, slotting, KPI visibility and process discipline reflect what is actually happening on the warehouse floor.Much of my background comes from fulfilment operations, where my work focused on reducing operational variability and preventing defects at source. This includes improving slotting and flow, strengthening performance visibility and embedding process control into daily execution.Today I apply the same thinking as a Systems & Solutions Consultant at RA Software.RA Software develops bespoke software for businesses that need their systems to reflect how they actually operate. This includes internal tools, workflow automation, system integrations, web platforms and mobile applications designed to improve operational control and scalability.My role is to work with founders and operators to understand where processes break down and translate those operational challenges into practical software and system solutions.The goal is simple: make performance repeatable under pressure.Strong operations are built deliberately, not reactively.Areas I typically work on:• Fulfilment and warehouse operations• Process optimisation and operational visibility• Workflow automation and internal systems• Software solutions designed around operational processesIf you run a warehouse, 3PL, e-commerce operation, or any business where processes are becoming difficult to manage as you scale, I’m always happy to have a practical conversation.
