About Dristi Deka
MBA postgraduate with specialization in HR and Marketing. Graduated with an Accountancy major in B.Com. Joined HDFC Bank Ltd as a campus placement. Shortly thereafter, I joined NISG, a pioneer organisation in the field of e-governance. Whilst in NISG, I qualified the UGC NET 2020 (1st attempt) and started working as an Assistant Professor at The Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati, Assam. The change in career from corporate to academics has been a satisfying one for me as I finally feel at home in this sector compared to my previous experiences. Currently, I am enrolled as a PhD scholar at IIT Guwahati.
