I’m an HR professional with 4+ years of experience across the full spectrum of human resources, with a strong focus on organizational design, talent acquisition, and culture building. My journey in HR has been driven by a deep interest in how people, structure, and strategy come together to create high-performing organizations.I began my career at 3EA, where I grew into the role of Associate Domain Partner. During my time there, I worked closely on organizational development initiatives and end-to-end HR processes, gaining hands-on experience in shaping teams and enabling business growth.Currently, I’m working with Pangolin Marketing as an HR Generalist – Acquisition & Culture. In this role, I focus on hiring the right talent, strengthening employer branding, and building an engaging, people-first culture—especially within fast-paced, remote-first environments.I have completed BBA in Human Resources from Amity University, which laid the foundation for my practical and strategic approach to HR.I’m particularly passionate about working with growing organizations, solving people challenges creatively, and making workplaces more meaningful and effective.
