ABOUT DRISHTI BISHT

I’m a passionate communicator and people-centric professional with a background in Journalism and Mass Communication, currently building a career at the intersection of client relations, team leadership, and strategic operations. After completing my Bachelor\'s degree (2021–2023), I began my professional journey through an HR internship, which sparked my interest in understanding people and building strong workplace cultures. Shortly after graduating, I was directly selected for a role as a Client Relationship Manager — and within a year, I was promoted to Assistant Manager - Operations. In this role, I led a team, mentored individuals to enhance their performance, and ensured smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. Over the last two years, I’ve realized how much I enjoy connecting with new people, learning from diverse perspectives, and solving real-world problems through structured thinking and empathy-driven approaches. As I look ahead, I’m eager to transition into management or strategy consulting, where I can leverage my communication skills, leadership experience, and curiosity to deliver impactful solutions. I’m also keen to explore product management, a field that blends strategic thinking, innovation, and user understanding all areas I’m deeply drawn to. I’m always open to new conversations, collaborations, and opportunities to grow.
