I am responsible for rebuilding and managing the IBM’bassador Program, empowering IBMers across the U.S. to amplify IBM’s presence on campus. I also plan and execute engaging digital events, coordinate conference activations, and collaborate with business units and partners to attract diverse, high-potential candidates for intern and entry-level opportunities.In this role, I’ve launched scalable strategies for digital and in-person engagement, led the planning of national events highlighting IBM’s culture of inclusion and innovation, and contributed to an overall increase in student engagement and brand recognition. My work has been recognized through leadership honors and podcast features, including being spotlighted on Apprentices on Autopilot for my journey and impact at IBM.Previously, I served as an Early Professional & HBCU Campus Recruiter, where I partnered with Talent Acquisition leaders and Hiring Managers to drive inclusive recruiting efforts at 13+ universities. I executed targeted sourcing strategies, expanded the talent pipeline and increased event attendance. Prior to that, I was a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, managing end-to-end interview logistics and offer processes for a seamless candidate experiences.Before IBM, I cultivated leadership, operations, and people development skills as a Supervisor at Best Buy, where I led store-level strategies, managed district-wide training programs, and drove award-winning engagement and recognition initiatives.
