Designs and executes strategic processes which lay the foundation behind a highly motivated production team, supporting 6 faculties, 55+ unique clients year over year, generating upwards of 330+ media assets per year across two portfolios- Advances digital fluency across the institution by providing faculty with 1-on-1 production and editing support & training, loaner camera gear & software licenses, and individualized consultation to support competency development- Supports fiscal sustainability by leveraging strategic decision-making during the procurement of production hardware such as cameras, lighting, supports, sound, and networked storage; negotiates software contracts and manages vendor relationships in alignment with yearly budget cycles- Responsible for the rollout, management, and support of the institution’s academic video streaming platform, which leverages single-sign-on and natively integrates with Blackboard, the College’s Learning Management System; users enrolled within 4 years of deployment- Provides open access to educational video content to learners across the world via the HumberEDU & HumberCTL YouTube Channels, which consist of over videos and subscribers combined- Mitigates project and institutional risk with effective project record keeping, logging critical details such as licensed assets, project milestones, release forms, and accessibility checklists- Leads, trains, and motivates a multi-skilled team of 6+ creative professionals who are responsible for the creation of engaging, effective instructional videos with the purpose of redefining the 21st century learning experience
