I also provide governance consultancy and training for boards; this includes board effectiveness reviews, chair support, governance development programmes, and practical guidance on purpose, meeting design, decision-making and accountability.I am an associate at LSC Education, recruiting and coaching exceptional leaders for international schools, and the founding director of Global Thought Leadership, providing executive coaching, board advisory support, governance consultancy and training, facilitation and keynote speaking.
