At 30, I am deeply engaged in building meaningful science education ecosystems at City Montessori School (CMS) Lucknow, India, where I design and lead interdisciplinary, research-informed STEAM initiatives that connect science with real-world problem-solving. Drawing on my Ph.D. training in organic chemistry and years of research and teaching experience at Purdue University, I now focus on translating advanced scientific thinking into accessible, inquiry-driven learning experiences for school students and teachers.At CMS, I work closely with educators to design low-cost, high-impact teaching models/ kits, mentor students and teachers across 21 CMS campuses, support research-oriented programs and internship opportunities, and counsel students towards national and international academic/ career opportunities. A key part of my work involves teacher training, curriculum design, and hands-on learning innovation, ensuring conceptual depth while fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence.My passion lies in educating, mentoring, and empowering learners and teachers, with a firm belief that strong science education is foundational to societal progress. Through my work at CMS, I remain committed to nurturing scientifically literate, ethically grounded, and future-ready individuals, while continuously growing as an educator, mentor, and scientist dedicated to advancing education and societal well-being.
