   With Cobb County Schools, I drive staff performance for a team of 115, serving as a key member of our Building Leadership Team. It is imperative that performance is in alignment with our district vision and core values. As a result, I am responsible for analyzing staff performance and making recommendations for our professional development programs to achieve that alignment. I also contribute to the strategic planning and policy design process for both the school and district. During my tenure, I have championed the role of data analysis and encouraged data-driven decision-making. Achievements:• Chaired the Operations Leadership Team responsible for monitoring and maintaining daily operations within the school, including ensuring the safety and well-being of all students and staff. • Developed and led mentoring programs to improve our internal school climate, as well as maximized relationships with families through outreach activities. • Acted as the liaison to our school bus transportation partner and coordinated schedules based on capacity.
