   The Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center (Dallas, Texas) was established by Dr. George A. Toledo in 1996 with the specific purpose to provide a comprehensive state-of-the-art facility for the cosmetic surgery patient. The surgery center meets three very important goals: safety, comfort, and privacy. To assure patient safety, Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center has met the top accreditation requirements. This ambulatory surgery center has been vigorously inspected by both the Texas Department of Health and the United States Department of Health and Human Services. These are the same agencies that inspect and license hospitals, thus assuring that our facility is held to the same high standards. Combining the convenience of Preston Center with the safety of a hospital was the novel idea of Dr. Toledo for his cosmetic surgery practice. Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center strives to provide the cosmetic patient all the comforts of his or her own home. Even though most surgical procedures can be performed in an outpatient setting, some patients prefer to stay overnight. Adjacent to the surgery center is a beautiful hotel room staffed by your own private nurse. Patients from out of town, or those undergoing multiple or lengthy procedures, find that staying overnight is not only a luxury but a necessity. To protect our patient\'s privacy, Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center has separate pre- and post-operative waiting rooms. as well as a separate entry and exit for patients having surgery. Unlike many hospital settings, every effort is made to provide our patients with complete privacy and anonymity. The unique self-contained surgical facility, located in the heart of Dallas, incorporates the latest medical technology in a private and elegant setting.
