Dr. M. Farhan Saiel has been awarded Ph. D degree in English Literature form Lucknow University, U. P, India in July 2021. He is a ‘Gold Medalist’ in M. A. English from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, U.P; India, in 2014. I have 4 years of experience in teaching Communication Skill, English Literature, and Personality Development. My strengths are teaching need analysis, elaborating concepts and evaluation. Being a communication faculty I find myself able to improve communication skills of students. I can make them ready to work in dynamic cooperate culture by enhancing their confidence, team work, decision making skill, problem solving skill and analytical skill. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in Amity School of Languages, Amity University, Lucknow Campus, Lucknow, India. He has been teaching graduate and postgraduate Courses.
