As CIO of a $55B bank, I led a full-stack digital transformation, delivering nationally recognized products, breakthrough tech, and organizational change. I regularly advise VC / PE / investment banking firms as well. My R&D work work includes: • Created agent-based, multi-LLM research and communications platform for innovation research and strategy design • Built prototypes for new product innovations using LLM technologies including LangChain, LangGraph; open source models from LG, Facebook, Nvidia, Alibaba, and others; commercial APIs to Claude and ChatGPT, and many other technologies • Developed real-world edge IoT devices using hardware from Nvidia, Reneasas, Infineon, ARM (STM32), and Espressif; also using software stacks and languages such as Nvidia DeepStream, Gstreamer, Zenoh, Rust, C, and Python, and various real-time operating systems and sensors. • Developed custom real-time object detection models and streaming data pipeline for multi-camera analysis system in adverse outdoor environment.
