As the Clinical Quality Manager at BestCare Treatment Services, I lead the identification and execution of clinical quality management and continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives to enhance the delivery of care. Working under the Director of Quality and Accreditation, I serve as a catalyst for excellence by developing and managing the agency’s Quality Improvement Work Plan. I partner closely with the Data and Analytics team to scope new metrics, perform data validation, and present regular performance dashboards to leadership, ensuring our clinical operations align with CARF (Standard M), OHA, and CCBHC regulations.Beyond technical oversight, I provide leadership in risk management by producing quarterly analyses of agency incidents and grievances and conducting root cause analyses to mitigate risk and improve patient outcomes. I collaborate with Program Directors and Quality Improvement Specialists to adopt innovative, solution-oriented strategies while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA, 42 CFR, and Oregon Statutes. My work is grounded in BestCare’s mission of integrity and compassion, fostering a culture of equity and inclusion while ensuring that all quality initiatives meet national and state standards for excellence and accreditation.
