About Andrew Stuart
I am an IT Manager. By most definitions, that means I do advanced IT work. While that is true, the great purpose of my work, and where I spend time growing my talents, is in human development. As a Manager, it is my job to help my team succeed. I grow them, challenge them, and guide them to better paths and stronger skills. I build comradery, because we all should be able to work together. I serve the Organization, it\'s customers, and my people, they do not serve me, but appreciate me when I have delivered a way forward for any of them. In my personal life, I am a creative writer, karaoke singer, amateur chef, amateur stand-up comedian, IT Director for an Anime Convention, Pirate at Rennaisance festivals, Gnomean Minister, and generally positive energy seeking person. All in all, happy to help, and have fun along the way.
