I am a Partner at IBM specializing in Project Management for ERP solution implementation, IT infrastructure improvement, PCI & SOX compliance, and business transformation projects. I am highly driven to help clients succeed in achieving both short term and long term organizational goals. I am currently responsible for building out IBM\'s IMPACT solution which is a pre-configured S/4HANA solution that delivers value on day 1 of our SAP engagements. I have a deep knowledge of SAP implementation best practices, tools, processes, and methodologies. I am experienced in managing large scale high complexity ERP projects involving both on-shore and off-shore resources across the entire project lifecycle. I have successfully managed global IT engagements across multiple industries while employed by two of the largest IT consulting firms over a period of 22+ years. As a technology consultant I have been afforded the opportunity to work with hundreds of people across tens of companies. I am appreciative of the perspective this has given me. By working with so many different personality types, organizational cultures, industries, and geographies I have been able to refine both my management style and my skill-set at an accelerated rate. By consulting for so many companies I have been able to view both what clients are able to do well and where they have consistent challenges. I am able to take this knowledge and add value by applying it to challenging new engagements.
