Chiefly responsible for the managerial direction and leadership of the Solar (PV) engineering department within the Power Global Practice (PWR). I am accountable for all engineering performed on solar projects across all delivery methods (EPC, detailed design, Owner\'s engineering, etc.) nationwide from the proposal phase through project substantial completion. This generally includes overseeing the quality of execution and services while ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. Finally, I review staff loading, coordinate work assignments, and review team and individual performance to realize an efficient, cost-effective utilization of Burns & McDonnell staff.
