About Drew Miller
After starting his career in Big 4 public accounting at KPMG, Drew Miller moved into credit investing in 2004 after joining GE Capital\'s Sponsor Finance business (now known as Antares Capital). His roles there included traditional credit (underwriting and portfolio management), restructuring and workout during the financial crisis, and eventually loan originations. His work at GE Capital was focused on the TMT industries with a focus on software.In 2015, Drew made the move to a new direct lending platform in what we can now look back on as the early days of the high-growth private credit asset class. AB Private Credit Investors is the middle market direct lending platform of AllianceBernstein. As a member of the senior team, Drew has helped AB Private Credit Investors scale to $20 billion of capital available for investment while generating strong risk-adjusted returns for its investors.Drew leads West Coast loan originations with a focus on private equity-backed software businesses. He also leads investment efforts in the services industries and serves on the Operating Committee of AB Private Credit Investors.

Drew Miller joined AB in 2015 as part of the senior team that has scaled AB Private Credit Investors into a leading middle market direct lender. In keeping with his career-long focus on the software industry, Drew primarily originates software financing transactions with a decade-long track record of successful investments at AB. He also leads a team of originators focused on the services industries and serves as a member of the Operating Committee of AB Private Credit Investors. Miller was previously a vice president in GE Capital’s Sponsor Finance Group (now Antares Capital), where he originated investments in the software and media industries. His experience at GE Capital also included several years of underwriting, portfolio management and debt restructuring. Prior to joining GE Capital in 2004, Miller worked for KPMG. He holds a BA in international relations from the University of Memphis and a MAcc from the University of Southern California.
