I have dedicated my career seeking justice for clients by defending their products, businesses, and livelihoods, litigating commercial disputes, collecting debts to make clients whole, and passionately representing them in court to achieve fair outcomes. I have handled numerous civil litigation matters, each with its own set of unique facts and issues. I analyze each claim at the beginning of the case to evaluate and pursue legal remedies that can make an immediate difference in the value or outcome of a case. Some of these legal strategies are detailed in my article “Venue and Removal: Don’t Trust – Verify,” published in the October 2022 edition of Headnotes, a newspaper published by the Dallas Bar Association. I have successfully defended multi-million-dollar disputes through settlement and trial and have litigated small claims. I can handle any claim, big or small. My peers have recognized my achievements and abilities by nominating me for selection in the Risings Stars list published by Thomson Rueters. I practice regularly in venues throughout the state of Texas, in federal court, and in multiple states nationwide.
